My family is visiting WDW this April, with 2 days at MK and 1 day at HS. I was wondering if there is a spot to meet the seven dwarfs, or one dwarf? My 4 y/o is scared of all characters and he only wants to meet the dwarfs, but I don't know where to go.

    Hey Lesley-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Those silly Dwarfs spend most of their time searching for jewels in their mine, singing and playing with Snow White.

If he really wants to see the Seven Dwarfs, they are in deep in the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train attraction. He will go bonkers for this kiddie coaster. They are all inside singing and working. You cannot meet them but he is sure to smile seeing jewel eyed Dopey, Doc and the rest busy finding precious stones.

While we have never had a opportunity to meet them alone, we did meet all Seven Dwarfs last September during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Seeing any of the Seven Dwarfs alone is very rare yet you can visit with them all together during this party. They hang out in the Magic Kingdom Park at the new Fantasyland wall (right side) just behind the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel. During the party you may get a picture but they do not sign autographs. They also attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the same location. I have enjoyed both of these events and they are worth every minute. The dancing, food and decorations are outstanding.

I guess the Dwarfs are busy most of the year “digging” for gems in the mines and need to enjoy some party time with Guests in the fall and winter months.

If he is a Disney•Pixar Toy Story fan then he may love to see Buzz Lightyear in Tomorrowland or Sheriff Woody and Jessie near Splash Mountain. They are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces for young deputies.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
