My family and I are going to be visiting both water parks but we won't be staying at Disney Resort this time so we want to rent towels. If we rent towels, when they are wet, can we exchange it for a dry one or do we have to pay to rent another one?

    Hi there, Louis!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up SO SOON!!  Can you believe in less than one week you will be in Orlando at the theme parks - and water parks - for a magical vacation you won’t forget!

Visiting both Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach sound like an INCREDIBLE way to beat the heat AND have fun while doing so!  My boys have only recently gotten tall enough for most attractions at water parks, so I foresee many more visits in our future!  I am so glad you asked this question about towel exchanges at the water parks, because not only will it help you be prepared, but it will also help many other Guests with the same question!  I confirmed with a Cast Member that you can, indeed, exchange a wet towel for a dry towel during the day.  All you need to do is visit one of the towel rental stands within the water park to make the exchange.  Please note that if you do leave one water park and visit another one on the same day, you would need to pay for a new rental at the second water park.  Currently, towels are available to rent for $2/towel at both water parks, although pricing is always subject to change.

Wishing you a splashtacular vacation, Louis!  Stay cool!
