My family and I are visiting Walt Disney World in January 2013 (4 adults, 2 under 3). One night at AKL and 5 at BLT. Trying to figure out the best itinerary for visiting all 4 parks and Disney Disney. Thinking AK the first day until check in at BLT? Help!

    Hi Bonny,

You will love staying at both Animal Kingdom Lodge and Bay Lake Towers!  Since you only have one night at Animal Kingdom, I would agree to go to Animal Kingdom park that day.  You can take advantage of being so close to this park!  I would also take some time to explore the Lodge as well.  It is so beautiful and very exotic.  When you check into Bay Lake Towers, you will be literally right next door the the Magic Kingdom so I would suggest going there.  You can also take advantage of the Monorail and have an easy journey to Epcot.  You will need to take a bus to Hollywood Studios.  I am not sure when you are going in January and would recommend checking out the Park Hours website.  Take advantage of Extra Magic Hours to maximize your time at the parks.  I would suggest then Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, then Hollywood Studios.  You can then fit Downtown Disney into the schedule depending on the times that the parks are open.  Please let me know if I can help you with more specific planning, Bonny!  Have a magical vacation!
