Our Family will be visiting for thanksgiving 2013 and are so excited!!! I noticed that MVMCP is not available during that week, will the same parades and shows seen during that party be able to be seen during the week of thanksgiving?

    Hello Frank!

I'm happy to hear that you are so excited about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!  I'm certain you will have a completely wonderful time.  If Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is not scheduled for your dates, then you will not be able to see the special offerings the party provides.   It is a hard ticket special event which has unique offerings available only during the event itself.  The famous Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, where it's snows on Main Street, only happens during the party.   However, you will be able to witness all of the outstanding decorations in Magic Kingdom Park during your visit. Typically,  the Christmas decorations go up in early November.

Feel free to come back and ask me any additional planning questions!

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation!
