Hey there Alexandra, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for your question today - I'm thrilled to hear you have a trip to the Disneyland Resort coming up in just a couple of months!
In terms of your question, it depends on what kind of reservations you're looking at making. If you're just looking to make some
dining reservations, then you can certainly make those for as large as a party as you're able to find a time slot available. I say it that way as, in my experience, it can be harder to find dining reservations for larger parties, in which case it might be easier if you're able to split your party up and make smaller reservations in the same time slot.
If instead, you're referring to
theme park reservations, those do use tickets linked to your account. However, if it's helpful for your group for you to be the "official planner" - a mantle you should wear with pride, I might add - then you can still do this! My suggestion is to use the
Disneyland Mobile app to make this happen.
First, tap the menu button then select "Tickets and Passes." At this point, you'll likely see the 3 tickets you've already purchased displayed in carousel style at the top of this screen. From here, tap the "+" button in the top right and select "Link Tickets & Passes." Then you'll either need to scan the barcodes or manually enter the ticket IDs for the rest of your party members and their tickets will also be linked to your account.
Now you're all set to make theme park reservations for your whole party! If you all purchased
Disney Genie+ Service, then you'll also be able to make
Lightning Lane selections for your party during your trip as well, so it's super handy to have your whole party linked to your account!
I hope that helps, Alexandra, and that you have a fantastic visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Thanks again for your question.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
