Our family of 6 is visiting in Oct. Our 6-yr old has autism and we'll be signing him up for a DAS when we arrive. We have ADRs for BOG at 8:30. Is there anyone working at Guest Relations before opening or will we need to double back to Main St later? TY!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kimberly!

How exciting that you are starting your day with an early dining reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant! I hope you take advantage of capturing a few photos of your family on a relatively empty Main Street U.S.A.

You can request the Disability Access Service (DAS) at any theme park Guest Relations, even those located just outside the admission gates. In your case, you may want to take care of securing your son's DAS request the night before so you can avoid having to return to the front of Magic Kingdom after your breakfast. Guest Relations windows follow the same hours of operation as the theme parks, and you will not need admission to the theme park to visit this window. Keep in mind that the DAS is now electronically linked to theme park ticket media (cards or MagicBands). Your son must be present when requesting DAS, and all members of your party need to be present so that all the media can be linked to the DAS.

Thank you for your question, and I am here to help should other DAS or planning questions arise. I hope you have a magical vacation and create many magical memories with your family!
