My family and I will be visiting next week and my mom is on a weight watchers diet. Is nutritional information available online?

    Hi Ashley!

I'm so excited to see you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days!

I also love how you are helping your mom stay on track while on vacation!

Currently, there isn't an option on the Walt Disney World Resort website to view nutrition information. However, once you arrive, you can view the information at each dining experience location. If you prefer, you can also reach out to special.diets@disneyworld.com via email and they can provide the needed nutritional information. Have your mom take a look at each restaurant where you plan to dine and provide the Cast Member with her menu choices.

While she is tracking her food intake, be sure she tracks her activity as well. We typically walk several miles each day when we are at Walt Disney World Resort. It's the greatest and most magical "fitness program" ever!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Enjoy every magical moment of your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
