    Our family will be visiting MK 3/31 & 4/4/2013! Where can I find the first launch time for the boat that travels between TTC and MK? We are staying offsite and want to get there to watch the "rope drop" first thing in the morning. Thanks

    Amy, in only a few days your family will be sailing with pirates, zooming through space, and eating Mickey ice cream!

    Arriving at the Magic Kingdom in time to hear the Mayor's welcome, see a train load of characters, and get a jump start on the crowds is the best way to begin your day. Typically the monorail from the Transportation and Ticket Center begins running an hour before the theme park opens while the ferries start their routes closer to half an hour before the rope drop. If the Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00, expect the monorail to be running by 8:00 and the ferry to start no later than 8:30.
