    Hi, we are a family of 5 visiting in March 2024. We will be purchasing park tickets with my husband's military ID. Is it correct that we buy the tickets at our local base? Is it correct that we need a park reservation to use these tickets?

    Hi Angela, Welcome to planDisney and a big thank you to your family for serving our country! How exciting that you're visiting Walt Disney World Resort in March! It is my favorite time of year to visit and not just because it's my birthday month! I find the weather to be perfect that time of year and you'll also be visiting during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!

    Eligible military members can book Walt Disney World Resort by contacting Shades of Green. The resort is located on property and is exclusively available to US military members. U.S. Military Members also Enjoy Specially Priced Theme Park Tickets; Disney Military Salute Tickets. You can book a stay at this resort and purchase theme park tickets through them by contacting Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort. The resort will mail your tickets which will allow you to link them in your My Disney Experience account and make your park reservations.

    These tickets are sold in the ITT/MWR offices at military installations.

    And yes, you are correct, if you purchase Disney Military Salute Tickets, these tickets require a Theme Park Reservation. So be sure to check Theme Park Reservation Availability!
