Hi, my family is visiting the Magic Kingdom for the 1st time 4/12/12 but will only be there for 1 day! Kids are 2, 4, and 6-with only 1 day, what are the best attractions to see to get the most out of our day? Any suggestions to help us plan our day?

Your family vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth is coming up soon. How exciting. With kids of those ages I would recommend activities  for the entire family. As for attractions, I always start with the classic adventure that is the Jungle Cruise. The whole family will just love all there is to see on this great attraction. From there head over to Peter Pan's Flight for a duel with Captain Hook and a journey to Neverland. From there head on over to the always popular 'it's a small world.' As for shows, you must see the Country Bear Jamboree and Mickey's PhilharMagic. Both are great treats where you can all sit back and enjoy the fun. Lastly, no visit would be complete without meeting the big cheese, Mickey Mouse. Head on over to the Town Square Theater on Main Street U.S.A. and get a great big hug from our favorite mouse. As you can see there is no end to the family fun that you all will experience on this magical vacation. Have a great vacation.

As a Los Angeles native I basically grew up at Disneyland. It has always been so easy to take my family on the short drive to the Happiest Place on Earth. Watching my daughters make magical memories reminds me why I keep coming back. Learn More About Ari
