Hi there! My family and I are visiting this July. And my husband and I would like to know where is the best quick service spots in both Magic Kingdom and Epcot to get breakfast?

    Hey there Keila,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm happy to hear that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort later this year!

Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day, so you've come to the right place! When it comes to me and my family's favorite quick service breakfast meals at the Magic Kingdom resort, we have made it a tradition to start our day with a giant warm cinnamon roll from Gaston's Tavern. Depending on when you we stop by, we have typically had luck finding seating either in the tavern or at one of the tables just outside, which tends to be important because these cinnamon rolls tend to get messy. Although, this is how you know they're delicious!

A close second place for me is the sausage, egg, and cheddar bagel sandwich from The Friar's Nook. I like this spot because it offers Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering through the My Disney Experience app for quick and easy pick up of your order. This option is my go to if I need a bit heartier breakfast to start my day and is convenient since it's fairly easy to walk and eat these sandwiches if you're on your way to an attraction or show and want something to eat along the way.

As for quick service breakfast in EPCOT, we almost always start our day with something from Crêpes À Emporter by La Crêperie de Paris. In my opinion, it's really hard to beat their housemade hazelnut & chocolate spread crêpe. If, instead, you're looking to take a mid-morning break and want a location with places to sit then I would suggest Sunshine Seasons.

I think that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, and I've noticed with me and my family that if we try to skip it then we really start to run out of gas by lunch time. I'm hoping that these options resonate with you like they have for us, Keila! Thanks again for your question.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
