Hi, we are a family of 5 visiting over Halloween and would really love to know where to go on Halloween evening please? We can't go to Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party unfortunately due to cost, thank you.

Hi Sarah! Even though you will not be at the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in the Magic Kingdom you will still be able to see their Halloween decorations up around the park.

Each resort will have some fun activities around the Halloween time so be sure and check the recreation activities schedule when you check in. My suggestion for a fun evening on Halloween night is to head to Fort Wilderness Resort. You will want to use the Disney transportation as this resort is closed to all guests except those that have a reservation for lodging there or a dining reservation. Take the internal bus to the Chip n Dale's Campfire Singalong location and enjoy roasting marshmallows over campfires. That is followed by a fun singing and dancing show with live entertainment and of course meet and greets by Chip and Dale. You might even get a surprise guest such as the Headless Horseman that evening. This is followed by a great Halloween Disney movie under the stars making it a fun place for some holiday memories.

Fort Wilderness also has a golf cart parade that evening and trick or treating among the campers. It is not publicized as it is for resort guests but check with your resort concierge to see the times and schedule for the extra activities!
