My family is visiting for the first time in April - 2 girls 9 and 17 - I feel totally lost! Where can a first timer find a guide about what we should absolutely see? I don't want to get home and realize we missed some huge attraction.

    Hi Trina!

Thank you for sending a question to the Moms Panel!  Some panelists recently answered a question about planning a first trip to Walt Disney World.  You can see the various opinions here.

I suggest sitting down with your girls and exploring the Walt Disney World website.  The most important thing is to see what appeals to them.  I also suggest ordering a free planning DVD.  Finally, I recommend getting a tour book.  My favorite for first timers is "The Complete Walt Disney World" by Julie and Mike Neal.  It has won eight national book awards and is a beautiful book loaded with over 500 pictures, which I think is very appealing for first time visitors.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
