My family and I are visiting DW on Feb. 3-15, 2011 and we have three daughters (8,6 &3) and I was wondering if making a reservation for a character breakfast for our first day at the park would be a good idea? Thanks Josie

Hello Josie, it sounds like you are in for a really memorable and fun vacation!  Disney vacations can be overwhelming sometimes; especially with three young children.  You're so lucky that you are going to be able to pace yourself with the length of your stay.

Personally, I think it's a wonderful idea to make a reservation for a character breakfast on your first day at a Park.  When you arrive at the Park  grab your map and schedule sheet. Check in at your restaurant then sit down and have a very nice meal while you go over the day's information and decide what you all want to do and when.  The schedule sheet will list the times and locations of any shows, special events, and character encounters that are going on in that Park on that particular day.

Character meals are also wonderful because every character scheduled for that meal/restaurant visits each table giving you a photo and autograph opportunity.   Please call 407-W-DISNEY as soon as possible.  You are very close to your visit and character meals book very quickly.

Have a wonderful time and enjoy those Mickey waffles!  YUM!
