    My family and I will be visiting DW the end of September and staying at CBR. I was wondering if I would be able to request a room close to the bus stops and the food court and if so, when can I call to do that?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    The Caribbean Beach Resort has a fantastic pool.  Be sure to bring your swim suits, especially if you have children!  Children absolutely love that pool!

    You can put in a room request when you make a reservation.  You can also put in a room request when you check-in, but at that time it might be too late.  I suggest calling the hotel directly about two or three days before check-in to put in your request.  Don't call much earlier than that because your information is in a central Disney data base and won't be at the hotel yet.
