My family is visiting the Disneyland resort for Halloween and we have already purchased the special event tickets (paper tickets) for that night. Unfortunately something has come up and two of our guests can’t make it. What can I do with the two tickets?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Burley!

I’m so sorry to hear that two members of your party won’t be able to attend Mickey’s Halloween Party with you. According to the terms and conditions, all tickets are nonrefundable and can’t be resold. I would still call the Tickets line at (714) 781-4636, however, to see if a Cast Member can offer any other solutions.

Although a few members of your party won’t be joining you for the party, there are still plenty of ghoulish good times to be had. Remember that your Mickey’s Halloween Party tickets allow you to enter both parks up to three hours before the official start of the party. Halloween delights abound in both parks so feel free to start the fun early. The Frightfully Fun Parade is definitely a highlight of the party with the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow kicking off the parade with his eerie trot down Main Street, U.S.A. Then be sure to stay for the Halloween Screams: A Villainous Surprise in the Skies fireworks to cap off the night.

I hope this helps. Have a spooktacular time at the Disneyland Resort!
