    My family will be visiting Disney World the week of Thanksgiving. I see that Jungle Navigation C., Ltd. Skipper Canteen is slated to open late 2015. Do you know if it will be open the week that we are there? Thank you,

    I read with anticipation the article that was posted on the Disney Blog this week announcing the new Skipper Canteen restaurant that will be opening in Adventureland later this year. Like you, I have lots of questions but as I read through Jennifer Fickley-Baker's answers to many of  the questions posted by readers on the blog, it looks like they aren't prepared to release any more additional information at this time. It sounds like both of us will need to keep checking the blog for updates.
