Hello! my family and I are visiting Disney world this spring for 5 days, and I can't reserve 3 FP+ at Epcot, does anyone know why? Thanks.

    Hi, Jazmin!

Once you are 60 days out from your stay at Walt Disney World, you should be able to book 3 FastPass+ selections per day (30 days out if staying off property). If you are not able to do this on your My Disney Experience account, then let's try a few "fixes!"

-Review your My Disney Experience and confirm that each member of your travel party is linked to your account
-Make sure you have a valid park admission linked to each guest in your travel party for each day of your park visits
-Check the calendar that you are within your booking window

One other thing that you might be experiencing is the "Tiered FastPass" that exists at Epcot. With the Tiers, you can select ONE FastPass+ from Tier One (Frozen Ever After, Soarin', Test Track, or Illuminations Viewing area) then TWO selections from Tier Two (all other FastPass+ locations). The system will not allow you to book more than one Tier One, which is what you may be experiencing.

The Tiered FastPass+ system is also in place at Disney's Hollywood Studios, but there are no Tiers at Magic Kingdom or Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Hopefully, this will get you on track to book your FastPass+ selections, but if you still have trouble, call the (407)939-7765 and a friendly cast member will be happy to assist you.

Have fun planning out your magical days in Walt Disney World!
