Hello! My family will be visiting Disney World in November. My father in law will be joining us for one park day at Epcot. He will be purchasing his own ticket and adding on Genie +. Will there be a way for all of us to book Lightning Lanes together?

Hey there, Jessica, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the planDisney panel with your question! Are you excited about your Walt Disney World Vacation yet? November will be here before you know it because this year is blazing by at lightning speed! Did you catch the Lightning McQueen reference? Wow - dad joke alert!

Speaking of dads, you and your father-in-law can book Lightning Lane Entrances together by linking your My Disney Experience Accounts through the My Family & Friends List - preferably before your arrival day. On the morning of your Theme Park visit, you will have the opportunity to confirm your vacation party prior to completing your Lightning Lane reservation. As long as your father-in-law is included in your vacation party during the booking process, you will have the same Lightning Lane Entrance return windows. The great part about linking through Family and Friends is that the plans will show up in his mobile app even though you are handling the reservation!

I hope this helps, Jessica! If you have more questions while planning your vacation, stop back by and let me know

You’ve got a friend in me,
