Hey there Sammi!
EPCOT is a fantastic destination to experience during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Extended Evening Hours are a special perk available to guests staying at Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villas, and other select hotels. These extra hours, typically offered on select nights, allow you to enjoy certain attractions and experiences at Epcot with fewer guests after the park officially closes.
In my experience, the availability of Extended Evening Hours doesn't significantly impact daytime crowd levels at Epcot. During the first week of June, I anticipate that you can expect average crowd levels. While early summer generally sees an uptick in visitors as schools begin to let out, the first week of June in my experience hasn’t been as busy as some other weeks. However, keep in mind that even with all the magic of Madam Leota's incantations, I can't always be spot-on. If my predictions go a bit Goofy don’t be too Mad Hatter about it!
To make the most of your visit, here are a few tips:
Take advantage of the opportunity to book
dining reservations in advance. Popular restaurants can fill up quickly so securing reservations early can ensure you have the dining experiences you want.
Schedule some downtime to relax and cool off in your
Disney Resort Collections Hotel pool. The early summer months can be hot and humid, and a refreshing dip in the pool is a great way to recharge.
Lastly, bring along insulated refillable water containers. Staying hydrated is crucial, and having an insulated container will keep your water cold throughout the day. There are many water refill stations throughout the parks, so you can easily top off your bottle as needed.
Enjoy your magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
