Hi Abigail!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
The
Disney Dining Plan is something I use every time I visit Walt Disney World, and I love the flexibility and convenience it offers. I am sure you will enjoy using the
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan as it provides per guest, per night of stay, three Meals (Table-Service or Quick-Service), two Snacks and a refillable drink mug which can be used for refills of hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and fountain drinks at the beverage stations located at any of the Disney Resort hotels, throughout the length of your stay.
Everyone on the same Resort Reservation must be using the same Dining Plan, and while it is not linked to any actual dining reservations, unfortunately it may not be used to purchase a meal for anyone outside of your Resort Reservation. When your guest joins you for dinner, advise your server at your table that some of you will be using your dining plan, and the others in your group will be paying by another method. The Disney Dining Plans are very flexible and it is entirely up to each individual Guest how they use their entitlements, and providing there are enough credits left on your account, you can use them in any way you please - maybe using more credits on one day, and less on another. The Dining Plans are available to use from time of check-in at your Resort hotel (if you check-in online, your Dining Plan can be used from 7.00am on your arrival day), until midnight on your day of departure.
Dining reservations are recommended, and can be made up to 180 days in advance, either
online, or by using the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
