Family Visiting Disney World for 5 days. We have not purchased the park hopper option for this trip, trying to safe some money and plan a full day to explore each park fully. If needed could we use another days ticket for entry into another park?

    Hi Gerald,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I completely understand not wanting to purchase the Park Hopper option for your family’s Theme Park Tickets for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I don’t always recommend that families purchase that option, especially for “first visits”.

If you do find that you want to “hop” to another Theme Park during your visit, you won’t be able to use another day’s admission entitlement in order to do so. But, depending on the type of ticket you’ve purchased and the number of admission days you have left, you might be able to add the Park Hopper option at Guest Relations on that very same day.

In addition, don’t forget that you can always leave the Theme Park that you’ve chosen to visit that day in order to return later on. Even though I know that you want to explore each Theme Park fully during your visit, I strongly recommend taking a break in the middle of the day. It’s hard to appreciate the Magic when you’re tired and I usually find a pool or hotel break to be a welcome addition to any Disney day!

I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect vacation for you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
