My family and I are visiting Disney World April 5-10, 2012. This is Easter weekend. There will be 11 of us total with kids ranging in age from 3-13. What activities do they have for Easter? Also, what about dining? Any different choices for Easter?

    Hi Tonya!

We do not yet have information regarding this year's Easter activities. However, Easter celebrations at the Walt Disney World Resort have traditionally included many special events such as parades, egg hunts, holiday dining, and special character greetings. You will have the opportunity to meet-and-greet Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny, as well as, have your picture taken with the famous couple. In addition, don't miss the gala Easter Parade down Main Street U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom, which usually takes place in the afternoons. Take a look at the Easter activities that were offered last year. Be sure to make Advanced Dining Reservations for Easter Dining experiences by calling (407) WDW-DINE. I will encourage you to keep checking the Disney Parks Blog for updates and information regarding Easter happenings in 2012. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.

Enjoy a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
