Hi, there!
Sabrina, I'm just thrilled to hear about your upcoming visit. My 11-month old daughter will be making her first visit this summer too, and I can't wait! I've been buying her adorable Disney wear for our vacation; headbands, bibs, onesies, and the cutest little Minnie Mouse moccasins. She'll be the best dressed in our family, that's for sure!
A stroller is a MUST have for a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation with a little one in tow. I'm happy to tell you that you are welcome to take your own stroller!
Strollers may be no larger than 36" x 52", so it sounds like yours will be well within the limits.
My family always takes our own stroller to the theme parks with us. We tie brightly-colored Mickey Mouse ribbons around the handlebar so we can easily find it in the stroller parking areas. For added measure, we also secure a luggage tag to the handlebar with our contact information. We inevitably shop when we're in the theme parks or at
Disney Springs, so we keep a Mommy Hook on the stroller to hang our shopping bags. I always pack an extra plastic poncho in my backpack; if the skies are looking ominous when we park the stroller, I'll cover it with the extra poncho so it's nice and dry if it begins to rain while we're enjoying an attraction or show!
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? It's the perfect place to whisk your little princess away for some peace and quiet amid an adventure-filled day.
Wishing you the most magical visit, Sabrina!
Ashley
