Well hello again Kimberly and welcome back to planDisney!
Ah 5 years old. That special age where everyone is completely potty trained and still believes in magic. I took my own goddaughter to the Walt Disney World Resort for the first time at that exact age and the joy of it will stay with me forever. This Fairy GodTaylor is so happy to be helping your princess create her magical itinerary!
With a little girl in tow, of course, you have to start with Magic Kingdom Park. One of the first attractions I took my sweet girl to was
Dumbo the Flying Elephant. It's a classic attraction that always feels like magic. She'll also need to visit
Princess Fairytale Hall to meet all of her fellow royals. And if you want to test her out on something a little more thrilling,
The Barnstormer is where you'll want to go. It's a perfect starter coaster for our little Mouseketeers.
Disney's Hollywood Studios requires a stop at
Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway. Say hey to the whole gang for me, especially my girl Daisy when you stop by her dance class. When you're done there head over to Toy Story Land where you don't just play with Andy's toys. You are one!
Alien Swirling Saucers and
Toy Storia Mania! ought to be fun for the baby.
EPCOT is the place where you can visit the entire world in just a few minutes' time.
Soarin' Around the World is a must-do if your child is at least 40 inches tall. Once you've landed, head over to the Norway Pavillion to Let It Go in Arendelle on
Frozen Ever After. And don't let me forget to visit or pal Remy on Remy's Ratatouille Adventure at the France Pavillion.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is home to the
Festival of the Lion King which is one of my goddaughter's favorite shows. Your baby might even get to be part of the fun! And
Kilimanjaro Safaris is a great way to see all of nature's noble creatures. And my family's favorite attraction at this particular park is
Kali River Rapids. One year we rode it 3 times back to back to back as soon as the park opened before any other Guests ever even made it back to the Asia section.
Kimberly, I hope I've given you some tips to help you on your upcoming vacation. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat!Happy planning!
