    Hello! My family is visiting Disney in June 2012 and we are staying at the Beach club. I have heard they may offer a Clam Bake on the beach and movies on the beach at night but I can't seem to find any information confirming this. Can you fill me in?

    Hi Heather,

    Some of what you heard about Disney's Beach Club is correct.  There is a clambake at this resort but it is held inside the resort, not on the beach.  Goofy's Clambake is held at the Cape May Cafe just off the lobby of this resort.  It's a delicious meal!

    There are free Disney movies available on the beach at night and my son and husband made s'mores as part of the resort's activities when we stayed there as guests last March.  Be sure to pick up a schedule of events at the front desk when you check in.  That's where you'll find the schedule for all the wonderful activities taking place daily at this delightful resort.
