    Hello! Our family will be visiting Disney Beach Club in late June. We have club level accommodations. Could you tell me how I can contact the club level concierge directly?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  WOO HOO!  Your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner!  I know your family is going to have an UNFORGETTABLE time!

    You are going to LOVE staying on the club level at Disney's Beach Club resort!  I wanted to let you know that you are not allowed to talk to a Club Level Concierge before you check-in to your resort.  However, you can speak to an Itinerary Planner to help with any questions you might have!  All you have to do is call (407) 934-8000, and a Cast Member will then connect you to an Itinerary Planner.  They are available every day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST).
