    Hi there, my family and I are visiting in December, and we are a bit confused. We booked online and are using the Magical Express Service, do we still need to call ten days in advance to rebook this service? Thanks for any info you can give us.

    Your Disney's Magical Express reservation should be fine if you booked on-line. However, I'm all for confirming reservations.

    You can call DME's guest services at 866-599-0951. This is also the number to use in order to update any changes to your flight information.

    Another option is checking your information at your My Vacation page. Via this site, you can also add your Magical Express flight information. Just make sure your arrival flight information is accurate. Cast Members at the Welcome Center at the Orlando International Airport will confirm your departure information with you before you board the bus to your resort.
