My family will be visiting in a couple of weeks. We bought tickets for a particular day during our stay but want to change that date. Is that possible?

    Hi Donna!

I'm so happy to hear you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in a couple of weeks. I know you and your family must be getting so excited!

Depending on how your tickets were purchased, you may be able to change them. If you are able to change the dates on the tickets, you can easily do so from the "My Plans" page, and under "Tickets and Memory Maker" on your My Disney Experience account. Select "Change Tickets." You will be able to make date changes, as well as add Park Hopper, or Park Hopper Plus if you would like.

If you have a 1-day Theme Park Ticket, the change must occur at least 24 hours before the date of the ticket.

As long as the date the ticket is being changed to is not more expensive, there would be no cost for simply changing the dates. If the date change leads to tickets that are more expensive, you will pay for the change at that time.

If you have any other questions, you can call a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
