My family will be visiting California and we are trying to decide which park to visit: Disneyland or Disney Adventure Park. We have four teenage kids, so which park might suit their needs best?

    Greetings Kim!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so thrilled your family will be making the trip out to California to visit the Happiest Place on Earth! Both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park really have something for everybody.

At Disneyland Park, you will enter the worlds of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy while taking in the quintessential Disney Park experience. Here you not only can visit the lands of Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Frontierland, and Adventureland but you can ride classic and also thrilling attractions that will definitely appeal to the whole family. If your family members are Star Wars fans, you won't want to miss experiencing Star Tours - The Adventures Continue or checking out the new Star Wars-themed land coming to Disneyland Park in 2019: "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge."

Over at Disney California Adventure Park, one of the coolest Disney Parks experiences is Cars Land. Here you can cruise down Route 66 while experiencing the sights of Radiator Springs. It feels like you have stepped into the "Cars" universe! Your teens will absolutely enjoy Radiator Springs Racers, the high-speed attraction through Ornament Valley. Also at Disney California Adventure Park are some MARVELous experiences like meeting Spiderman, Captain America, Black Panther, or Thor. You can also team up with your favorite heroes in the thrilling Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!

If only visiting the Disneyland Resort for one day, I highly recommend a Park Hopper Ticket that lets you experience both amazing parks for the full experience. They are only footsteps apart making it a breeze to visit both in the same day.

Please let us know if you have any other questions as your trip approaches!
