Hello, my family and I visited Walt Disney World in Orlando in September 2023. We had day tickets and I wanted to know, if we could pay the difference to an annual pass, when we come back in November 2024 that is only valid till the end of November 2024?

    Hello, Sybille!

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney! My family enjoys visiting Walt Disney World Resort in November when the weather is usually mild and the holidays are kicking off. I hope Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is scheduled during your visit! Last year, it included Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show, "snowfall" on Main Street, U.S.A., and holiday twists on some beloved Magic Kingdom attractions. Such a magical experience!

Tickets used last year cannot be applied towards annual passes. I am sorry! However, it may be possible to upgrade your tickets for your upcoming trip into an annual pass. One-Day Tickets must be upgraded on the day the tickets are used. Eligible Multi-Day Tickets can usually be upgraded until the last day of use during your trip as long as your park tickets were not used on a blockout date for the pass you want to purchase. I just checked the Annual Passholder Admission Calendar, and the Disney Incredi-Pass can currently be used for all of November 2024. This is subject to change and availability. Passes are valid for one year from the first day the original theme park tickets were used. Eligible tickets can be upgraded by visiting any Guest Relations location, calling the Annual Passholder line, or stopping by the Concierge Desk at your Disney Resort hotel.

Sybille, I hope you can upgrade your tickets during your November trip. It will be the most festive time of year! Please reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
