My family would like to visit WDW. For less crowds should we visit the last week of AUG or the 3rd week of MAR? We would like to stay near Magic Kingdom. Which resort/villa would be the quietest?- My husband will have to work some of the time. Thanks!

    Hi Stephanie!

I have vacationed in Walt Disney World at the very end of August three times and I have found it to be one of the less crowded times at Walt Disney World.  I believe that it is because most college age people are back in college and the schools in many states are back in session.  In fact, in my opinion, the Labor Day Holiday is is one of the best holidays to be in Walt Disney World.  Keep in mind that the end of August can be very hot in Walt Disney World.  Depending on when Easter and other spring breaks fall in March of a particular year can effect how busy the parks are in March, so the end of August may be your best bet.  My Walt Disney World Resort recommendation for you is the Wilderness Lodge Resort because it is beautifully themed and it is very close to the Magic Kingdom (only a short boat or bus ride away).  You can request a room on an upper floor that faces the woods and it should be very quiet so your husband can do his work.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming BIg!
