Hi Sherry!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am excited to see that you are planning some varied and full days at all the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks on your next visit! Having a car will reduce your transit time between the parks, but you will also have the option of taking a bus from one park to another if you wish to (as long as you remember to return to where your car is parked at the end of the day). Just follow the signs for the theme park, you will then be directed to the parking lots, and guided to exactly where to park your car. Depending on how close you are able to park to the entrance, you may then need to take a tram as the parking lots are huge. These run a continual and efficient return service throughout the day until park closing and you will not usually have to wait long for the next one to arrive.
Parking is not included within the cost of park admission tickets, and currently the standard parking fee for motor vehicles is $25 per day. The good news is that this is valid for the whole day at all theme parks -
Magic Kingdom Park,
Epcot,
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - so if you visit more than one theme park during any one day you only pay that parking charge once. Please keep your parking ticket safe, to show at the other park gates when you arrive. If you choose preferred parking, there is a daily charge of $45-50. Please note that all these prices are subject to change.
It's worth noting that both water parks -
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and
Disney's Blizzard Beach - offer complimentary parking to all Guests, and there is also no charge for parking at
Disney Springs. Also, for any Disney Resort hotel Guests, parking at the four theme parks is complimentary.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be very happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
Sue
