    My family and I will be vacationing at WDW in 09. We are staying in different resorts. One of my nieces will be staying with my parents. Her parents are purchasing the dining plan for their family. Even though she won't be in their room, will it apply?

    Hi Ashley,

    In order for one person to upgrade to a Magic Your Way package with the dining plan, everyone staying in that room must also get the meal plan.  Your niece will not be able to get the dining plan unless everyone staying in her room also gets its.
