My family will be vacationing with 3 other families, a total of 12 people. We wish to stay in the same resort , on the same floor. Are group rates available? If so, where on the Disneyworld website can we reserve a block of 4 rooms?

    Hi Lisa!

How wonderful to be sharing the magic of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation with so many! Last year, we visited with around 30 of our closest friends and family and it was incredible.

Unfortunately, group rates are only available to groups booking 10 or more Guest Rooms. Even with 30, we were just shy of that number. Disney will be able to link your reservations together however, and although there is no guarantee, they can note your reservations and do their best to put you all together. I usually call to make the request as soon as I have everyone's reservation numbers and again a few days before our visit.

Have a wonderful trip, Lisa, and please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with!

    Magical Wishes,

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
