Hi, Christy! Welcome back to planDisney! It's always such a treat when our friends come back to see us again!
On behalf of my fellow panelists, I'd like to thank you for your service, Christy. After all, it isn't just soldiers who serve, it's their families as well. I'm honored to help you plan a magical vacation to celebrate your service members!
Okay, it sounds like you might need to make a change to your
Disney Park Pass reservations. If you were asking about a different issue, please write back and ask another question so we can try to get it worked out. If you're having a technical problem, you can call the Website Support number listed
here on Disney's Guest Services contact list.
If you wanted to visit a different Theme Park on a particular day, right now the only way to change it is to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Before we do that, let's check the
Availability Calendar to make sure there are openings in the Park you want to visit instead. Since you listed March 14 as your arrival date, I'm looking at next week, which is currently pretty much booked up. I'd keep an eye on that calendar to see if any spots open up and try to grab them. People's plans do often change, so you may find that there's some availability as your date approaches. To adjust your reservation, go to "My Plans" in your
My Disney Experience account and cancel the one you're trying to change. Then go to the Disney Park Pass page and select your new date and Theme Park and hit "Confirm." The new Disney Park Pass should then show up in your "My Plans" list.
Christy, if the Park you wanted doesn't become available, I suggest keeping your existing Disney Park Pass reservations so you can still have a Park day, and consider
hopping to the other Park later in the day. If you have the Park Hopper option on your tickets, you can visit a second Theme Park after 2 p.m. without a reservation, subject to capacity.
I hope I could be of some help to you, Christy. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to stop by and see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
