    My family and I have a vacation package booked for March of 2018. It noticed I could pre-check into our hotel. How many days in advance can I do that? Do I do it on the mobile app? On the disney experience, under my account? Thanks

    Hi Christine! In just two months, you'll be on your way to your magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort. You must be so excited!

    You can actually begin your Online Check-In now! As long as your Disney resort hotel reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can do so either on a computer or on your My Disney Experience mobile app. Disney has truly made it so easy with these options!

    All you need to do is locate your resort hotel reservation under "My Reservations and Tickets" on your computer, or "My Plans > See All Plans" in the mobile app. From there, select "Start Check-In." You'll be able to enter information such as: estimated resort arrival time, a credit card for hotel account charges, up to two room location requests, hotel account PIN numbers and your personal reservation address. My favorite part of Online Check-In is this - you can enter a mobile phone number where your resort hotel can text you your room number, so you can skip the Front Desk altogether, head straight to your room and use your MagicBand as your key! Easy peasy! Or you can choose to stop by the Online Check-In Service Desk when you arrive if you have any questions.
