Our family vacation in March 2020 to Disney was cancelled when the parks and resorts shut down. We received credits on our Disney account that I would like to redeem to plan a new vacation to Disney. Where do I find record of those credits on my account?

    Welcome to planDisney Craig!

I am so sorry your trip was canceled. I am glad you are planning to return to the magic! You will be happy to know that Mickey Mouse and his team put everyone's health and safety first so you can feel confident that it is a great time to visit!

To access your canceled itinerary and apply it toward your new vacation you will need to give a call to (407)939-1936. A friendly Cast Member can look up your reservation and get you set with your new travel dates. When calling, have your email address handy, and if you happen to have your previous confirmation number that would be helpful (no worries if not, it can be looked up). Please note that there may be a price difference from your previous vacation.

Once rebooked, you can then access your information on your My Disney Experience account. You will be able to make changes, complete online check-in, and make payments if you booked a Vacation Package.

I hope you and your family are excited to get back to Walt Disney World. We have all been through a lot and certainly appreciate a bit of magic more now than ever! Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
