To access your canceled itinerary and apply it toward your new vacation you will need to
give a call to (407)939-1936. A friendly Cast Member can look up your reservation and get you set with your new travel dates. When calling, have your email address handy, and if you happen to have your previous confirmation number that would be helpful (no worries if not, it can be looked up). Please note that there may be a price difference from your previous vacation.
Once rebooked, you can then access your information on your
My Disney Experience account. You will be able to make changes, complete
online check-in, and make payments if you booked a Vacation Package.
