Hiya Beverly. Thanks for thinking of us at planDisney and swinging by with your question. I'm sorry to hear that this member of your group wasn't able to join you during your visit. Please be sure to let him know we're grateful for his service.
Hakuna matata (it means no worries), Beverly. Let's see what we can see about the expiration date of this ticket. If you haven't already, you can link the ticket to your
Disneyland app to find the expiration date of the ticket. When you open the app, tap on three horizontal lines in the bottom right and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile. The expiration date should be listed underneath the barcode. If it's not appearing there, you can also reach out to a
Cast Member for help with Tickets to determine the expiration date.
There's also no need to worry if you find that the ticket is expired. The good news is that there is flexibility and you can still make good use of this ticket.
Wholly unused expired tickets (excluding special event tickets) can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price as long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the purchase price of the original ticket.
I think your next step from here is to think about when your next visit to the Disneyland Resort will be. There are so many wonderful things happening with the
Disney100 Celebration underway. There are two new nighttime spectaculars and plenty of festive eats to indulge in. And there's plenty more to look forward to this year with the premiere of
Rogers: The Musical (calling all Marvel fans) and the opening of
San Fransokyo Square later this summer.
I hope this has been helpful, Beverly. Most of all, I hope you're now ready to plan your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. If you find yourself with other questions, come back to see us.
Wishing you a magical day,
Michelle
