    My family is going on a vacation in 2021 and we want buy annual passes. Can I buy regular park passes now and upgrade before our trip? I am concerned that we will need to delay our trip and the park tickets will expire before I am able to upgrade in person

    You can absolutely upgrade any Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket to an annual pass. You would simply pay the difference at the time of upgrade. You must upgrade before you redeem your last Theme Park day; however, I recommend doing so as soon as you are able so you can fully enjoy the added benefits that come with being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. Some of these Annual Passholder benefits may include complimentary Disney PhotoPass downloads, dining and merchandise discounts, special event pricing, and more! Benefits vary depending on which Annual Pass you decide to purchase. 

    Upgrade your tickets at Guest Relations located outside any of the Theme Parks, the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs or I have even upgraded before right at the front desk of my Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
