Hi Mom's! Our family usually visits wdw near the end of March. This year Easter falls on march 31. If we arrive the week before Easter....How crazy will it really be? Will it be much busier than any normal March? Thanks!

    Hi Lisa,

The weeks surrounding Easter and Christmas are the busiest times of the year at Walt Disney World so, yes, you should be prepared for very heavy crowds if you plan to visit in late March this coming year.

That doesn't mean you won't have a good time.  Plan to be at the parks early in the morning and see the most popular attractions soon after rope drop.  Later, when the parks get too crowded, head back to your home resort for some pool time or relaxation.  Then return to the parks later in the day.  Be sure to make advance dining reservations for the table service restaurants you'd like to try.  Without reservations, it will be hard to find a time to dine at the most popular restaurants.  With a little advance planning and patience, your family can still have incredible fun at Walt Disney World during the busy Easter season.  Let us know if you need any additional advice as you plan.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
