Hi! My family usually takes a trip in April but will be going in Sept this next year. We will have a 4 month old and our older boys. We have been in June and were miserable. Will the weather be unbearable at the end of Sept? I'm concerned about our LO. Thx

Well, weather isn't always predictable, however September is generally a wonderful time to go to Disney World.  The weather is just right, I have been coming to Disney last week of September/first week of October for the last five years.  The crowds are manageable, and in my opinion.  I would recommend having a light jacket and a sweatshirt or sweater for the evenings, as it can get chilly.  The mornings are cool, the biggest nuisance is the love bugs that time of year.  No worries, pack your shorts, capri's, bathing suit, and relax.
