For a family using the dining plan is the counter service meals broken into adult and kids meals? Example staying 6 nights for a family of 4 - 12 kids counter service meals, 12 adult counter service or is the counter service meals just 24 total?

Greetings Heather and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We are so excited to answer your very first question! You will find out that visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a Disney Dining Plan will make your vacation extremely convenient. There are several participating locations to choose from, and there is no better feeling than knowing all your family’s meals are already paid for!

Children 3 to 9 must order from a children’s menu where available while using a Disney Dining Plan. However, if your family visits a quick-service location that does not offer a kid’s menu, your children will be welcome to order from the available entrées. Some of my favorite venues that offer children's menus are Be Our Guest Restaurant (quick-service for breakfast and lunch), Columbia Harbour House, Sunshine Seasons, Satu'li Canteen, and ABC Commissary.

Thank you stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope this helps you while planning, and that you stop by real soon with more questions!

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
