Although the
My Disney Experience mobile app has additional features and tools not available on the
My Disney Experience website, both the app and the website are connected to the same information stored in your My Disney Experience account. If your tickets are already linked online, you will not need to relink them in the app. To view your tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Tickets and Passes". You'll find your Disney Park Pass reservations and any dining reservations on the "Future Plans" tab, and if you'll be staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll find your reservation information on the "Resort Hotel" tab.
To purchase
Disney Genie+ service on the date of your visit, look for the purple banner on the home screen of the app. You'll be able to reserve Lightning Lane access to over 40 rides and attractions, one at a time, beginning at 7:00 am. Use the plus button at the bottom of the home screen to select the Tip Board to make your selections.
