    My family has used Magical Gatherings software to help with trip planning. Now that it is no longer available, what do you think would be the best way to keep our group of 60 in touch and up to speed with our trip information?

    Hi, I would recommend either creating an email distribution list, or starting a web board such as proboards.com, you can host your own web-board and password protect, so that only members can access.  It's a big job getting a group that large informed and planning activities.  The new program is called Grand Gatherings, and there is a team that will work with you to plan all the events, that you wish to do, while at Walt Disney World.  The number for Grand Gatherings is:  407-wdw-magic.  Hope all goes smoothly.  Heather M.
