Hello Helen,
There's nothing better than a magical group gathering at Walt Disney World Resort, I firmly believe that
big family equals
big fun!
You have made a wonderful choice by selecting the
2014 Disney Dining Plan, I love the freedom it represents. One of the stipulations of the Disney Dining Plan is that tables of
6 diners
or more at Table Service restaurants are charged 18% gratuity as standard; although you are free to tip higher for exceptional service.
Each Walt Disney World Resort restaurant has it's own unique menu and pricing scale with plenty of dining choices for both adults and children. At the end of each Table Service meal your server will present you with a check itemizing everything ordered alongside individual prices and bill total; it will also include the calculation of the 18% gratuity. Gratuity is paid in the usual manor; cash, credit card and so on.
Of course when dining at Quick Service restaurants there is
no gratuity to pay, but you will still receive an itemized receipt for your own records.
To help you further research your dining options and menus you may want to check out

Have a great Disney day &
bon appetit!
