Hello! We are a family of 3 - two adults and a 2 year old visiting Disneyland soon. Are we allowed to sit all 3 together at the rides?

    Welcome back, Kimberly!

I'm so thrilled you're reaching out to me again with another question about your upcoming visit in July! This question is super fun for me because your family sounds a lot like mine. We've taken our little one (who's 1.5 years old) to the Disneyland Resort multiple times this year, and your question brings back so many precious memories.

Our little Mouseketeer absolutely loves the King Arthur Carrousel at Disneyland Park, where all three of you can ride individual horses side by side. At this park, we also enjoy "it's a small world," Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Peter Pan's Flight. All of these rides let us enjoy the experience together in one row.

And over at Disney California Adventure Park, The Little Mermaid - Ariel’s Undersea Adventure is a winner with our little merman. It conveniently seats all three of us in one clam-mobile. At this park, his favorite rides are Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!, Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind, and Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, just to name a few. And for all the rides I mentioned, I can easily have my little prince on my lap or snuggled between me and my Prince Charming. Here's a handy list of all the rides and attractions with no height requirement at the resort.

And Kimberly, if your youngling loves parades, you definitely don't want to miss the "Magic Happens" Parade. My little Grogu adores it! The characters, floats, and music featured in this parade are vibrant and lively. You can check out the showtimes in the Disneyland Mobile App. By the way, if you haven't downloaded this app yet, I highly recommend doing so, Kimberly. Familiarizing yourself with this app will make your visit run even more smoothly.

Overall, you, your little one, and your Prince Charming will have plenty of options to ride together as a small family in both of the parks. I hope I've helped you with your dream visit to The Happiest Place On Earth, Kimberly! Like Ursula from "The Little Mermaid" says, "That's what I do! It's what I live for!" So if you have any more questions before your July visit, just swim on back to ask me again now that you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
