    I have a family of 4, two adults and two kids ages 5 and 3. None of us really eat much. I was wondering what dinning Plan would be the best for the money. And do we have to eat in our hotel when using the meal Program that we choose. Thanks!!!!

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel! Considering that your family does not each much, I would like to offer two suggestions should you choose to use the Disney Dining Plan. The Quick Service Dining Plan offers the convenience of a fast food restaurant. No reservations need to be made and you are able to dine when hunger strikes. The meals are not large at all, but yet they are satisfying. You will be entitled to two quick-service meals plus two snacks per day for your length of stay. Your length of stay is based on the number of nights of your visit. You will also receive a refillable mug which you can fill as many times as you like at your Disney Resort. Another Disney Dining Plan I would recommend for your family is the basic Disney Dining Plan. This would be the best route to take if you are interested in character dining. You would be entitled to 1 Quick-Service Meal, 1Table Service Meal, and 1 snack per day for the length of your stay (based on the number of nights). Be warned that this is a lot of food, but the character dining is well worth it. This is how my children are able to get up close and personal with some great Disney characters!
