Hi Kristen, I wish I could tell you that Free Dining would be offered in 2013; however, I don't have that special gift. I would suggest that you keep an eye on Disney's Special Offers web page next fall. This page will provide all the current and future promotions offered by Disney. Have a magical day! Ca'Sandra
