We are a family of 6 and I am trying to find out if it's cheaper to have two rooms or a suite. We would like to stay at pop century

    Hi Tammy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am sending pixie dust your way trusting you will plan a magical vacation for your family!

Although I have faced a similar dilemma in the past, I cannot say with certainty that prices for a suite would be less than two standard rooms or vice versa. Prices depend on the specific dates of your visit, type of vacation package and the Special Offer you may be able to apply to your reservation. When I have checked in the past, the suite has been slightly less expensive. We appreciate the benefits of having a suite. For example, we loved the kitchen at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa as well as the washer and dryer that were in the suite!

For us, having two bathrooms when traveling with extended family is a must. So, we have split into separate rooms when necessary. Either way has worked for my family so I suggest that you compare prices for a suite and for standard rooms before making your final selections. Disney's Art of Animation Resort family suites have two bathrooms. The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort can also sleep up to six adults.

Tammy, there are at least two additional benefits of staying in a suite - everybody can debrief the day in the same place and you can make sure that everyone is up and ready to go at the same time!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
